The train of the desires of the Executive Authority leaves the station of the parliamentary elections in 2020:

  • The National Election Authority announced the result of the first round of the election of the second phase of the Parliamentary elections.

    Which took place in 9468 sub-committees in 13 governorates: “ Cairo, Al Qalyubia, Menofia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Kafr Sheikh, Ash Sharqia, Damietta, Port Said, Ismailia, Suez, North Sinai and South Sinant”. And the elections would be held on the 5th, 6th and 7th of December of 2020 abroad and on the 7th and 8th of the same month at home.

    The Supreme Administrative Court of the First Circuit of the State Council, ruled to cancel the decision issued by the National Election Authority to exclude the candidates which they are Ahmed Abdel Hamed Abdel Hamed who is from Al Dakhila Alexandria, Ali Mehana Masoud who is from the circuit of Housh Eissa in El Beheira and Ahmed Fakhr Al Din in Faiyum. The Court ruled by their right to return to the run-off race in their districts.[2] It also ruled to cancel the decision of the National Elections Authority regarding the announcement that Candidate No. 2, “Manjoud Al-Hawari” would run for the run-off round in the Parliament’s elections in the individual system for the third district in Faiyum, while enabling the appellant, Bassam Sawwaf to run the run-off instead of him. Omar Haridi who is the lawyer and agent of the candidate Bassam El Sawaf, confirmed that the court ordered the implementation of the ruling in its draft and without announcement.

 The 8th of November of 2020:

The First Circuit of the Supreme Administrative Court issued a decision to review a number of rulings regarding the appeals against the announcement of the results of the Parliamentary elections of 2020. The rulings included the rejection of 48 appeals, while it also ruled with Lack of jurisdiction to consider 60 appeals and it decided to refer these cases to the Court of Cassation to rule on  appeals which demands the exclusion of candidates in some districts who won the elections and the membership of the Parliament. And by declaring the results, the Court of Cassation has become the competent court in ruling on the validity of the membership or not.

The 5th of November of 2020:

The Supreme Administrative Court issued many rulings as it rejected 15 appeals while rejecting another 2 appeals and postponed the ruling on 6 other appeals to the session on Wednesday, the 18th of November of 2020. The Supreme Administrative Court examined nearly 108 appeals from all the governorates in Egypt regarding the results of the first phase of the parliamentary elections

The Supreme Administrative Court of the State Council received 146 new appeals against the announcement of the results of the second phase of the parliamentary elections of 2020. It is scheduled that the Court would consider them together with the other appeals so that the number of appeals reaches 250 appeals. And the Registry of the Court still receives new appeals, while the Court considers the appeals’ issue to issue final rulings that couldn’t be appealed.

The Court has scheduled  the 21st of November of 2020 for the ruling’s hearing of 100 appeals on the second phase of the elections which demand stopping the implementation of announcing the results in some electoral districts.  The court decided to postpone 3 electoral appeals for hearing on the 21th of November. It also decided to reject 2 appeals due to the multiplicity of the appellants and the Court referred an appeal to the competent circuit to rule on its issue

All appeals litigated against the National Elections Authority and some of the appeals demanded stopping the implementation of the results of the elections in some electoral districts in the second phase of the elections, while other appeals included stopping counting the votes in some electoral districts due to mistakes.

In the fruits of mobilizing and boycotting against Macron and France, two Egyptian citizens were detained on charges of blasphemy:

 Under the accusation of blasphemy, the Public Prosecution continues its interrogation with Yusuf Hany after the monitoring unit

An analysis in the office of the Attorney General monitored a broad spread of a copy of a conversation text (chat) in the social media websites which contains insults to the Messenger. [7]And this issue is presented to the Attorney general who ordered an immediate investigation in this incident. The Ismailia Prosecution’s office expedited the investigations in the incident in Case No.4165 of 2020 of the third administration in Ismailia. Later the Ismailia’s Court released Yousuf Hani who is known as Joe Hani after he apologized before the Court

 The Appellant Misdemeanor Court of the Economic Court ruled to cancel the imprisonment of Sama Al-Masry which was two years as a sentence while obligating her to pay

The Court ruled to reduce the sentence to one year imprisonment and cancel the fine and a fine of 100 pounds is enough while being under police surveillance for one year in Case No.979 of 2019 in the economic crimes concerning the assaults against the values of the Egyptian Society

The clampdown on the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights EIPR and its employees after a meeting with Ambassadors and Acting Ambassadors in 13 countries:

  • he EIPR announced the arrest of its Administrative Manager, Mohamed Basheer

At dawn on Sunday, the 15th of November while imprisoning him for nearly 12 hours in one headquarter of the National Security sector before appearing in the Supreme State Security Prosecution in the 5th Settlement. Which issued its decision to imprison him for 15 days pending investigations. He was interrogated to answer many questions during the investigation which revolved around the nature of the activity of the EIPR , its publications and its work in the field of legal support.  The questions focused in particular on the visit of some Ambassadors in Egypt to the headquarter of the EIPR on Tuesday, the 8th of November of[10].2020 in an announced meeting inside the headquarter of the EIPR which discussed the ways of supporting the conditions of human rights in Egypt and around the world. Basheer was included in Case No.855 of 2020 which contains a number of rights’ activists and politicians such as the two lawyers Mohamed El Baker and Mahinour El Masry. And after less than 3 days, Karim Ennarah, the Director of the Criminal Justice Unit was arrested by a national security force during his vacation in the city of Dahab in South Sinai and he was taken to an unknown place till writing this newsletter.

The cycle of the policy of revolving doors against the activists never ends:

  • The Supreme State Security Prosecution continues to increase the numbers of the pretrial detainees after deciding to imprison 22 accused persons

For 15 days pending investigations in Case No.1056 of 2020 according to a lawyer who demanded to not mention his name. Thus the number of the prisoners who were re-imprisoned reached 96 accused persons from among those whom the Cairo Criminal Court decided to release them in the session of the 3rd of November of 2020. The Prosecution reimprisoned  15 accused persons in the 15th of November of 2020 pending investigations in Case No.1021 of 2020 after releasing them in the 3rd of November of 2020. The same scenario was repeated with the blogger, Mohamed Oxgyn, the political activist, Sameh Saudi, the member of Bread and Freedom Party, Ziad Abu El Fadl and Mohamed Mamdouh who is known as (Karaoke) by including them in Case No 855 of 2020 which is considered one of the cases that is used to reimprison the political activists, journalists and human rights defenders such as the lawyers Mahinour El Masry, Mohamed El Baker And Amr Imam, in addition to the journalist Esraa Abdel Fattah, Solafa Magdy, her husband Hossam El Sayad and the professor of political science, Hazem Ahmed Hosney.

  • The Arabic Network for Human Rights Information called on the Attorney General to provide protection for the labor leader

Rashad Kamal and the journalist Sayed Abdel Elah whose lives are in danger. As since the court decided to release them on the 3rd of November of 2020 from 15 days, the first was transferred to Faisal police station in Suez while the second was transferred to Attaka police station in the same governorate. And since then security agents have been taking both of them to unknown places and returning them to their place of detention without any document or judicial permission and in a blatant challenge to court rulings. And as a result, the journalist, Sayed Abd Al Elah disappeared completely and Rashad Kamal was transferred to Attaka police station which raises fears concerning the probability of re-imprisoning him and others in a new case.

Mansoura canceled his visits for the second time on the 14th of November. And the lawyer of the Egyptian Commission for Rights and Freedoms ECRF added that  he is notifying the Public Prosecution about Mohamed Adel’s strike and its reasons.  In Case No.5606 of 2018, of Aga administration, Mohamed Adel faces charges of spreading false news and statements, misusing the social media means and joining a terrorist group in its goals

Regarding the social and economic side on the background of the spread of Coronavirus

And the capabilities of creating job vacancies.According to the “ monitoring the Egyptian economy” report which entitled “the improvement in growth in Egypt – which reached 5.4% on average, between (2017 and 2019) before the outbreak of Coronavirus and its economic repercussions, did not have a reflection on employment and job opportunities.

 The report links between what was monitored regarding the level of the significant decline in job opportunities due to the spread of Coronavirus especially during the peak economic impact of the epidemic in april and May of 2020 from one side, and the spread of informal work from the otherside by describing this sector as the most economic sectors that was affected by the epidemic on the level of workers

Concerning the epidemiological situation

Dr.Mohamed Taleb, the Director of the “El Nagel Isolation Hospital” which is the first health isolation hospital in Egypt, declared that the second wave of the emerging Coronavirus is much worse than the first wave due to the rapid deterioration of the infected persons compared to the first wave. And the recovery rate is less, in addition to the large number of clots in the blood in some cases, and most cases require a respirator, in addition to the increase in the number of infections and deaths among the youth in the second wave, while in the first wave it was mostly for the elderly, and Coronavirus has become not differentiating between young or old.

Libya

The hearts and hopes of the Libyans are waiting for the sessions of the Libyan Dialogue in Tunisia during this week as it may establish a consensus or even ratio among the Libyan rivals and end the armed conflict that took place in Libya during the last periods, especially under the success of the Military path in completing its session with very large consensus which led to a group of steps  while the first of all is unifying the Petroleum Facilities Guards in Libya.

The sessions of the Libyan Political dialogue in Tunisia ended without what was hoped    

However the sessions of the Libyan Political Forum in Tunisia seem that they didn’t achieve what was achieved by the Military men. The sessions of the Libyan Political Dialogue was concluded on the 15th of November of 2020 in Tunisia under the auspices of the UN with the participation of 75 representatives from all parties who were chosen by the UN according to their geographical or political or ideological belongings but without the main parties. That took place after a week of direct discussion during which an agreement was reached to organize presidential or Parliamentary or General elections without degerming the powers of the united government which is responsible for organizing the elections and achieving the needs of the Libyans. There was also a complete agreement that women and youth would be represented in the sovereign positions by the third.

The participants agreed to hold a virtual meeting during this week, and they also decided from the first day that the persons would be voted by 75%. There was also an intense discussion concerning the proposition of excluding the characters who assumed the responsibilities since 2014 but  it wasn’t approved as it had 61% while it  requires the approval of 75%. Stephanie Williams, the deputy head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), called on forming a legal committee in the coming days to amend the constitutional rule related to the elections. She mentioned that this committee would be from the participants in the Forum and that setting up constitutional rule requires a unified presidential council and a government. In news that disturbed most of the Libyans, sources following the Libyan file talked about large sums of bribes given to members who participated in the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum in Tuni

On the health level, the health authorities in Libya declared on wednesday, the 18th of November of 2020, a decrease in the numbers of the infections with the Coronavirus which causes the disease of Covid 19 and the increase in deaths. Libya recorded 529 new infections and the recovery of 756 cases with 12 persons dead during the last 24 hours.

The National Center for Disease Control in Libya said in a statement that the capital Tripoli witnessed the largest number of the new infections by 270 cases of infections and the recovery of 385 cases while it didn’t witness any case of death. It indicated that the total number of the infected persons with Coronavirus in Libya raised to 75,465 persons including 28,285 active cases and the death of 1053 persons. The seasonal flu vaccination campaign was launched, targeting groups at risk of infection from health facilities workers, the elderly, pregnant women and those suffering from chronic diseases, and the campaign is scheduled to continue until November 28, 2020, in various Municipal vaccination centers across Libya.  

At the human rights level, the chaos of weapon still exists:

The “Daman” brigade declared in Tajoura the death of one of its members who is called Mohamed Al Naami inside the prisons of  the lions of Tajoura bridage under torture after being captured in the recent clashes between the two brigades. The Daman brigade said in a statement on its page on Facebook: “ we received the news of the death of the young man.. Mohamed Ibrahim Al Naami who was resisting the most severe types of torture in the prisons of The lions of Tajoura brigade till he died”. It also mentioned that Mohamed Al Naami joined the Daman brigade before being captured. On 25th of September, the residents of the Bir al-Usta Milad and al-Bayview , adjacent to the Tajoura region, east of the capital, Tripoli, woke up to the sounds of gunfire and the sound of medium and heavy weapons due to the clashes between two armed factions in the area, the Daman and the Lions of Tajoura.Hours later, The Minister of Defense in the Government of National Accord, Salah El-Din Al-Namrouche, dissolved the “two conflicting brigades” and referred their leaders to the Military Prosecutor General for investigation.



The International Organization for Migration also called for the release of all migrants who are detained in Libya, stressing that migrants in detention centers all over the country face difficult conditions, especially in winter time, and the organization stressed in a statement the need to adopt alternatives than detainting migrants to that guarantee a minimum of safety, Stressing that its teams continue to provide humanitarian assistance to detained migrants.

Tunisia

Supporting the diplomatic relations to improve the budget:

At the end of each year, one of the issues that are most discussed before the Assembly of Representatives in this period is to decide on the country’s previous and subsequent budget. And since the country’s situation is exceptional this year due to the Corona crisis and its repercussions on the economic and financial situation, this issue may require a longer time to be addressed. Starting from next Saturday, the 21st of November, the Assembly would start the deliberations for the 2021 budget.

As following up the parliamentary work in the Assembly, the Minister of Justice, Mohamed Bousta confirmed during a hearing session on Tuesday, the 17th of November of 2020 before the general legislation committee in the Assembly that the Tunisian prisons are full. He indicated that the number of prisoners is estimated at

at a rate of 1.48 meters per prisoner, and stressed the need to strengthen alternative penalties, and to abolish prison penalties for minor violations by imposing financial fines, for example.

The Minister of Interior, Tawfiq Sharaf Al Din said during the hearing session before the Defense and Security Committee in the Assembly on Monday, the 16th of November of 2020 that the numbers confirmed the decrease in the level of crime in the recent period in Tunisia. The Minister attributed that the feeling of disquiet among the Tunisians and their fears from the spread of crime in the society are due to the spread of these crimes in the websites of social media and electronic media which lets the audience to feel that the crime has increased, while the numbers show that it has decreased. The Minister stressed that  the lack of reassurance of the Tunisian citizen calls for redoubled efforts by the Ministry of Interior. That would have a good impact over the security condition of the country during the coming period.

In the framework of partnership and strengthen the relations between the two countries, It was announced on Monday, the 16th of November of 2020 in the Qatari capital, Doha, the establishment of the International Association of Jurists of Constitutional Law and its presidency was assigned to the president of the republic, Kais Saeied.

In the same framework of cooperation and strengthening of diplomatic relations, Prime Minister Hicham Mechichi received, today, Tuesday, the 17th of November of 2020, at the Government Palace in the Kasbah, Marques Cornaro, the new ambassador of the European Union in Tunisia.

The Prime Minister praised the distinguished diplomatic level between Tunisia and Europe stressing that Tunisia is keen to strengthen the strategic partnership with the EU and expand its fields. He stressed that the steps and priorities of the government are in line with the programs of the EU Delegation in Tunisia.

The Prime Minister also expressed his willingness to help in accelerating the completion of the development programs financed by the European Union.

And the crisis is still ongoing in the Ennahda movement, as the 43rd session of the Ennahda Shura council witnessed the withdrawal of nearly a third of the members as a protest step.


The Shura council of the Movement decided to delay the conference of the movement to the end of this year.

Foreign aids to improve the conditions of unemployment and Tourism:

Regarding the health condition, the economic growth in Tunisia witnessed a decline of 10% during the first 9 months of 2020.

However, the happy matter is the decline in the unemployment percentage as the National Institute of Statistics revealed that the percentage of unemployment declined during the third quarter of 2020 to 16.2% compared to 18% of the second quarter. The Institute indicated that the National survey on population and employment of the third quarter of this year had revealed that the number of unemployed persons reached 676,600 compared to 746,400 unemployed persons in the second quarter. The institute added that 69,300 of the unemployed persons have lost their jobs due to the Covid 19 pandemic, indicating that 29,000 of them have not returned to work, although their employers have resumed their activities after the quarantine period.

Regarding the development of unemployment by gender, the Institute revealed that the unemployment rate among males has decreased to 13.5% and the unemployment among females, decreased to stabilize at 22.8%.

Regarding the unemployment among the youth, the survey recorded that the percentage of unemployment among the youth reached 35.7% including 35.4 of males and nearly 36.2% of females.

In this context, several coordinators from various regions of the republic went this morning, Monday, the 16th of November of 2020, to the government yard in the Kasbah to demand the publication of the regulatory texts for the implementation of the No.38 regarding the employment of long-term unemployed persons.

Also, several governorates witnessed similar protests due to the government’s failure to respond to the demand of the unemployed persons.

The United States of America through the American Agency International Development in Tunisia, decided to fund about 30 to 50 million dollars in the program “ visit Tunisia” for sustainable tourism during the coming 5 years, according to what was declared by the General Director of the International Cooperation in the Ministry of Tourism, Mona Glees.

The European Union and the German and SwissCooperation Agency have mobilized about 50.5 million euros as well, within the framework of “Tunisia is our destination” and the program for diversifying  tourism, the development of value rates related to handicrafts and the appreciation of cultural heritage during the period from 2020 to 2024. “

Regarding the economic cooperation between the two countries, the Ras Jedir border crossing in the governorate of Medenine resumed, on Saturday, November 14, its activities after being closed from the Libyan side for several months, as it received today the first cars coming from Libya whose passengers were subject to the health protocol approved by both sides.

Prime Minister Hicham El Mechichi, during his visit to the crossing, stated that the closure contributed to the further deterioration of the economic and development condition in Ben Gardane in particular, the governorate of Medenine, and southern Tunisia in general.

In order to improve the Tourist sector which is the most affected sector during the recent pandemic, proposals related to social security were approved on the condition that employment is preserved and wages continue to be paid to all those who work in the tourism sector. As the state would give grants with the contributions of the wealthy men in the third quarter of 2020, the first and the second quarter of 2021. While granting workers who became unemployed due to technical unemployment and tourist guides with a monthly grant of 200 dinars throughout the period of technical unemployment. Besides implementing the program of continuous restructuring and training for the benefit of workers in the tourism sector under technical unemployment through the resources of Competitiveness Development Fund in the tourism sector that exceptionally, while enabling the beneficiaries of this program with an attendance grant of 300 dinars to be assigned at the end of training and charged to the state budget.

While awaiting vaccination, the health situation will worsen:

The health situation has worsened recently, and Dr. Nassif Ben Alia confirmed that Tunisia now records about

and the matter is further complicated by the lack of adequate health coverage and the wear and tear of hospital infrastructure.

Therefore, the Prime Minister intends to continue taking exceptional measures in order to confront the Corona virus for another 3 weeks.

The places of worship were closed and performing prayer in them was suspended, and as a result, the Syndicate of Imams and the employees of Mosques issued a statement, confirming its intention to file an urgent case with the competent court to cancel the decision to close mosques.

The daily life doesn’t pass without acts of sabotage and rioting, as the Public Prosecution of the Court of First Instance, Sfax 2 authorized the opening of an investigation into the crime of disappearance and theft of 37 medical oxygen bottles from the pharmacy of Habib Bourguiba University Hospital in Sfax.

However, hope for a relief to the crisis is approaching with the arrival of vaccination. Tunisia is awaiting the arrival of an effective vaccination of 94.5%, and the Minister of Health revealed that the laboratory of Moderna is one of the three international laboratories under the (COVAX) that the World Health Organization has launched to provide vaccines to countries with limited capabilities, such as Tunisia. The minister expressed optimism that Tunisia would receive the vaccination as soon as it was ready, due to its participation in this program, adding that about 4 million doses would be provided in a first stage (two doses per person), which would enable 20% of Tunisians to receive the vaccination.

The judiciary is dying and demanding restitution:

Following the death of Judge Saniah Al-Aridi by Coronavirus due to her inability to continue paying the expenses of a private hospital where she was staying, the Judges Association decided to go into a strike for a period of 5 days, starting from Monday, the 16th of November. It is mentioned the escalation in case of ignoring their demands, especially the demands of health coverage  related to the possibility of treatment in the military hospital. On Tuesday, the 17th of November of  2020, the head of the Tunisian Judges Association, Anas Al-Hamaidi, confirmed the

which began yesterday and continues for 5 days in all courts of the Republic, under the slogan “The state does not continue with a justice  in death.”

In the same context, the National Lawyers Association in Tunisia called, in a statement today, Monday, the 16th of November of 2020, the government to take the exceptional measures which are necessary to counter the dangerous practices of some private clinics (hospitals)And it called for all citizens to have the right to be treated in all public hospitals without exception, including military hospital institutions throughout Tunisia. While establishing  field hospitals, performing more tests, and demanding the government to react more seriously and provide the necessary funds to confront the second wave.

Paralysis in the petroleum industries sector and the cultural sector is dying:

On the other hand, the Regional Coordination Council for Urban Workers demanded during a protest in the Kasbah on Tuesday the 17th of November  of 2020 to amend Article Three of the agreement between the government and the Labor Union on the 20th of October of 2020, and the protesters demanded to consider the age group from 45 to 55 years is relevant to the settlement like other groups, according to Jamal Al-Zemouri, a member of the Regional Coordination Complex for Urban Workers. At the invitation of the Regional Labor Union of Tataouine, the agents and workers in the (sitep) field of Al-Barma carry out daily protests from 8 a.m to 10 a.m  due to the ignorance of the company’s management with the request to hold a joint session to consider several outstanding points which were sent to it on the 9th of November of 2020.

The General University of Petroleum and Chemicals also confirmed that the employees of the OMV Petroleum Company entered a strike on the 27th and 28th of November of 2020 at the production sites and the general management of the company in Tunis and Tataouine, protesting against the failure of negotiations with the company’s management following the arbitrary dismissal of a number of workers and trade unionists, while exhausting all methods of dialogue in order to return them to their work according to the text of a strike letter sent to the Ministries of supervision and  the management department of the company.

The members of the Deanship of the Tunisian Engineers announced that all their workers in public institutions and establishments would enter a general strike for a period of three days from November 30 to December 2. The Dean of Tunisian Engineers Kamal Sahnoun described in the strike letter, the government’s silent reaction as “humiliating despite the frequent protests of  engineers and the last strike was on the 27th of October” And due to the continuation of taking and extending strict measures to prevent Corona, the National Chamber of Cafe Owners Class 1 condemned, in a statement today,the 17th of November  of 2020, the decision to extend the procedures for preventing Corona by three weeks without being accompanied by any compensatory action for the sector. In its statement, the Chamber demanded to amend the timing of closing cafes with the timing of the curfew, similar to many other economic activities, while respecting the health protocol, in addition to postponing the payment of all invoices.

The country’s cultural situation has not been rescued from the repercussions of this pandemic, as earlier the security units have recently taken over the dispersal of the artists’ sit-in in the Kasbah by public force and using tear gas, after taking the permission from the Public Prosecution, especially after the sit-in closed the road and prevented vehicles from passing. It is mentioned that, in the continuation of the protest movements for the Tunisian Syndicate of Musical Professions, artists gathered this morning, Monday, the 16th of November, to hold  a sit-in, in front of the Ministry of Cultural Affairs in the Kasbah to demand an end to the curfew under the slogan “leave the Night”.

Assaults against the “voices”, body and environment:

Today, Sunday, the National Union of Tunisian Journalists expressed, in a statement, its absolute solidarity with the journalist Mona Bouazizi and the journalist Ali Trabelsi, who were subjected to attacks due to practicing their journalistic work. According the Union’s statement,  on the 13th of November of 2020, social media pages and accounts on facebook for security persons targeted Al Chourouk newspaper and its journalist, Mona Bouazizi after publishing a file focusing on the nests of prostitution in the governorate of Sousse, Nabeul and Kairouan on the 12th of November of 2020.

The official page of the Main Union of the National Security in Kairouan posted a tweet against the journalist while insulting, swearing and accusing her of spreading false news concerning the involvement of one security agent in Kairouan in protecting these nests which violates the law. In another context, on Saturday, the 14th of November of 2020, the Journalist in Radio Mad, Ali Al Trabolsi was banned from work by the municipal officials during making a report concerning the conditions of work in Municipal Police Depot during the pandemic of Corona. The officials asked the journalist to show the licence of photographing, so he left the place fearing retaliatory actions.

In following up to the file of importing Italian waste, which sparked a recent controversy, the Brigadier General of the Douane, Reem Amroni Hawat, explained that the company that imported the waste from Italy, stated that the contents of the containers were plastic waste coming from manufacturing and the goods arrived on the 26th of May of 2020, and the Licence of the Douane was issued on the 9th of June. The regional departments of the Douane requested the approval of the relevant authorities, specifically the Ministry of Environment, before lifting. It explained that the Tunisian law does not prevent the supply of plastic waste and that is unilateral action of the Douane to require the approval of the ministry. It confirmed that the General Administration of Douane pledged to go to the court  after proving that the content of the waste is household goods not plastic.

The Country is also witnessing from a period of time a remarkable increase in the phenomenon of violence and assaults. The right of bodily integrity and freedom of movement became a dream in this time. As one young man who tried to rescue a girl who was facing harassment, was killed on Tuesday in Mellasine, later the security agents arrested the guilty.
